Cresta Pacific Development is a Southern California developer focused on ground-up residential work. We take each project from raw land to finished home, with a hands-on approach to site, design and craft.

We believe a good home starts with its setting. Ridgelines, coastal light, native landscape and indoor-outdoor living inform every decision we make, from how a house sits on its lot to the materials underfoot.

    We partner with qualified builders and trades, staying closely involved from foundation to final walkthrough.
